This is a ‘burrito’ style crash pad, meaning there’s no central fold, giving you even impact coverage across the mat.

The SNAP Grand Wham Boulder Mat’s main feature is SNAP’s patented ‘Air Technology’. Basically, the mat’s impact is adapted to the height of the fall. How does it work? SNAP encapsulates each pad’s foam block in a perforated cover. Excess air escapes from the perforations relative to the speed of the fall. The higher the fall, the less air comes out, so the pad gets less distorted. This means the impact from high falls is firmer, while the impact from lower falls is more cushioned.

The SNAP Grand Wham Boulder Pad also has a PVC-free coating that gives it extra durability against abrasions and wear. This makes the pad easier to wash, too.

As well, the Grand Wham Boulder Pad has two layers of foam: 3cm polyethylene foam closest to the impact, and 7cm high-density polyurethane foam to cushion falls.

Comes with a carpet for brushing dirt off your shoes.
