The Ultra 8R Mummy was developed for demanding adventures in cold temperatures and offers the best warmth and comfort with minimal weight and pack size. It is the ideal companion for backpacking, long-distance hiking, and alpine tours in winter conditions, as well as for anyone who gets cold quickly at night. The mummy shape makes it even lighter and more compact.

With the innovative SYNMAT PLUS TECHNOLOGY™, the recycled, synthetic microfibre filling is combined with an additional layer of reflective foil. This maximizes thermal performance while keeping the mat light, quiet, and compact. All our backpacking mats feature Cradle Comfort™ for added comfort: the vertical outer air chambers are slightly raised for even better support on the mat.

The recycled, bluesign®-recognised ripstop polyester is ultra-light and three times stronger than conventional materials. Thanks to the two flat valves, the mat can be inflated effortlessly and deflated just as quickly – robust, reliable and intuitive to use. The Schnozzel pump bag supplied ensures fast, moisture-free inflation.
